Cash Management Update

First National Bank is updating our Cash Management service. We will be migrating your data to a brand new system, and will be contacting customers individually to personalize the migration to the new system. This page will act as an update portal throughout the process. Scroll down for a timeline and system enhancements.

TIMELINE

August 26 - October 25

Our team will contact you with your business login information, tutorials, and to walk you through the setup process.

  • Why is the window to use the new system 8 weeks long?
    • To better serve our customers, we have chosen to migrate users to the new system in weekly waves. This will give each company personalized assistance and ample time to acclimate to the new user interface.
  • Will I be able to access the old version of Cash Management after I've been converted?
    • You will be able to access it for a short time after being converted. However, we will lockout your login once we have confirmed your data has been successfully migrated. If you realize you need to login after being locked out, our Digital Services team will be able to unlock you temporarily.

September 2nd

Our free business mobile app will be available for download in the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.

November 15th

The old Cash Management will be deactivated and will no longer be able to be accessed.
