Change of Contact Information

How can I change my bank account contact information such as my email address, phone number, and mailing address?

There are three options for updating your contact information.

  • Option 1: Log into your Online Banking account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and follow the instructions below. 
  • Option 2: Visit any of our bank locations and a Relationship Banker will assist you. 
  • Option 3: Contact Customer Service at 515-232-5561 during regular business hours. For your security, the bank will ask you for information to verify your identity before making any changes. 
How can I change my address?
  1. Log into your Online Banking account.
  2. Hover over "Secure Requests."
  3. Click on "Address Change Request."
  4. Then update your address.
  5. Click to submit.
How can I change my phone number?
  1. Log into your Online Banking account.
  2. Hover over "Secure Requests."
  3. Click on "Address Change Request."
  4. Then update your phone number.
  5. Click to submit.
How can I change my email address? 
  1. Log into your Online Banking account. 
  2. Click on "My Settings." 
  3. Go to "Primary" email and click on "Edit."
  4. Enter your new email address.
  5. Then reenter your password. 
  6. Click "Save." 

How can I change my phone number and email address so that I receive emails and text messages about my bank account transactions correctly through Alerts and Notifications? 

Changing your bank account information does not change which email address or phone number is used to send you alerts and notifications. Alerts and Notifications is a separate application.

Therefore, follow these instructions to update the Alerts and Notifications application. 

Start by logging into either Online Banking or Mobile Banking. 

  • If using Online Banking: Log into your Online Banking account. Hover over "Account Management." Click on "Alerts and Notifications." Click on "Notification Settings." 
  • If using Mobile Banking: Log into your Mobile Banking account. Click on "More." Click on "Alerts and Notifications." Then click on "Notification Settings."  

Update your phone number by following these steps.  

  1. Under the "Send text notifications to" section, delete your old phone number by clicking the "X" to the right. 
  2. You will get a warning reminding you of your current notifications. 
  3. Click "Delete."
  4. Click "+Add" and then enter your new phone number. 
  5. Click "Next."
  6. An activation code will be texted to your new phone number. The code is valid for a limited time. 
  7. Enter the code received into Online Banking and click "Activate."  
  8. Click "Close."

Update your email address by following these steps. 

  1. Under "Send email notifications to" section, delete your old email address by clicking on the "X" located to the right of the address. 
  2. You will receive a warning reminding you of your current notifications. 
  3. Click "Delete."
  4. Click "+Add" and enter your new email address. 
  5. Click "Next."
  6. An activation code will be sent to your new email address. The code is valid for a limited time. 
  7. Enter the code received into Online Banking and click "Activate." 
  8. Click "Close."
