Information

  • Ensure your contact information is up to date prior to conversion. This information will be used for multi-factor authentication (MFA) during your first login on the new platform.
Contact Form Before conversion

ACH's

  • ACH templates WILL migrate.
     
  • Recurring and scheduled ACH batches WILL NOT migrate.
     
  • Uploaded NACHA files will not need templates created.
  • Set-up ACH templates in Business Online Banking before conversion (if you currently use recurring or copied batches).
     
  • To save existing history, export ACH History prior to conversion.

Wires

  • Scheduled/Recurring wires WILL NOT migrate.

  • Payees records WILL migrate.

  • Will need to set-up wires after conversion and reschedule any upcoming wires.
