How We're Giving Back
Our corporate giving strategy is designed to support community outreach activities that have lasting value, with a priority given to the following emphasis areas and to organizations within the areas that we serve (Ames, Ankeny, West Des Moines, and Osceola, Iowa):
- Financial literacy and education
- Community and economic development
- Health and human services

First National Bank contributed $1,500 in 2023 and $1,500 in 2024 to the Octagon Center for the Arts for their annual arts festival in Ames, Iowa.
Sponsorship Applications Accepted
First National Bank accepts sponsorship applications year-round. Applications are reviewed monthly, with primary consideration given to the applicant's alignment with the bank's giving strategies and proposed activities within the communities where our bank services are provided. First National Bank has branches located in Ames, Ankeny, West Des Moines, and Osceola, Iowa.
To apply, please fill out the online application form. Submit at least one month prior to your event to allow adequate time for review.
