First National Bank Welcomes Troy Boelman as Senior Vice President & Commercial Lending Officer in Ankeny
First National Bank is proud to announce the appointment of Troy Boelman as Senior Vice President and Commercial Lending Officer serving the Ankeny market. Boelman brings extensive experience in commercial banking and a proven track record in business development, reinforcing First National Bank’s commitment to growth in Ankeny and the greater Des Moines Metro area.

Boelman holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Iowa, which has served as a strong foundation throughout his successful career in commercial banking.
Prior to joining First National Bank, Boelman served as Commercial Relationship Manager at Lincoln Savings Bank. He is deeply engaged in the Ankeny community, currently serving as a board member of the Ankeny Area Chamber of Commerce, Board President of the Mid Iowa Development Fund, and as a member and past president of the Rotary Club of Ankeny. He has also served on the board of the Ankeny Business and Industry Collaborative.
Boelman resides in Ankeny and has three children — Brooke, Margaret, and Troy Casjen (“Caz”). In his new role, Troy will focus on commercial business development, servicing existing portfolios, and contributing to the continued success of First National Bank.
