Why aren't my old alerts automatically removed?
-
At a future date, all the old alerts will be deactivated and removed. This will be done en masse for all customers. To allow customers time to convert their alerts to our new system, we are allowing an overlap of both the old and new alerts. The old alert deactivation date will be announced in the near-future. So, while you do not need to remove your old alerts, you may receive duplicate alerts unless you remove the old alerts.
